Welcome to bylucia studio.
By placing an order through this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Products

All products sold on this website are postcards designed by bylucia studio.

Postcards are sold only in packs (for example, packs of 5, 10 or 15 postcards).
Individual postcards are not sold separately.

When purchasing a pack, the quantity selected refers to the number of packs, not individual postcards.

Customers must choose the designs included in their pack by writing the postcard numbers in the Special instructions box at checkout.

If no selection is provided, a mixed selection will be sent.

Custom selections

Packs that include a custom selection of postcards are considered customised orders.

Please make sure all postcard numbers and quantities are clearly written in the Special instructions box.

bylucia studio is not responsible for mistakes in selections caused by unclear, incomplete or missing instructions.

Availability

All products are subject to availability.

If a selected design is out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a suitable replacement.

Pricing

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST.

Shipping & local delivery

Orders are prepared within 1 to 5 business days, plus shipping time with Australia Post.

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Free local delivery is available in Bondi Beach and Bondi Junction.
Local deliveries are made personally and left at your mailbox or front door.

Parcel lockers are not available for local delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, bylucia studio is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or external courier services.

If your parcel is lost by Australia Post, we will need to lodge an investigation with them and wait for their assessment to be completed. As the shipping provider is responsible for the delivery, we are unable to resend or refund your order until Australia Post confirms that the parcel has been lost and processes the corresponding compensation.

Once the claim has been resolved, we will either resend your order or issue a refund, depending on the outcome and product availability.

Returns & refunds

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

Refunds or replacements are only accepted if the item is faulty, damaged during delivery, or has a printing defect.

All orders are carefully checked and quality controlled before being sent.

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the problem.

Intellectual property

All designs and products remain the intellectual property of bylucia studio.

Our designs are created originally by bylucia studio and may be inspired by a variety of creative, cultural and visual references.
Inspiration may come from different sources, however all final artworks are original interpretations and are not direct copies of any existing work.

They may not be copied, reproduced, resold or distributed without written permission.
